Petite DVD sleeve insert with green gradient background, designed for Memorex cases. This template includes folding guides, a large image placeholder, title, and date on the front cover, and room for a description of the DVD and chapters on the back cover.

I created this Pages template for a pack of Memorex SLIM DVD Cases. The template includes drop zones and placeholder text to easily add your own content as well as trim lines to cut after it prints. *Just a note: The background green gradient is locked so that it does not move while working on the design. If you'd like to change the color, simply select the background and go to "Arrange" menu -> "Unlock". Then you are free to change the color in the inspector. This template is NOT for a standard DVD case which has a thicker spine. Enjoy!

How to use

1. Download the file using the button above.
2. Open it in Apple Numbers.
3. Edit fonts, colors, and layout as needed.
4. Print or export to PDF.
