Cheat sheet for basketball team line-up and player information. Each sheet includes places for statistics per player, in addition to player numbers, names, current scores, position, and team, with extra sections for team fouls, time outs, quarter tracking, and subs.

A one-sheet for public address announcers for basketball - this one is designed for NAIA collegiate basketball. I use this so I do not have to rely on anyone else for team, personal fouls and even time outs. I am interested to see what other PA's use.
