Single-page log of financial entries with company information. With a green ledger header, this template offers spaces to record the date, description of activity, posting reference number, and totals for debit and credit to the account.

This is a template a made for my accounting class and I thought others may be able to use it as well. It can either be printed and filled in by hand or completed within Numbers.

How to use

1. Download the file using the button above.
2. Open it in Apple Numbers.
3. Edit fonts, colors, and layout as needed.
4. Print or export to PDF.
