This is a shopping list that I customized for the grocery store that I shop at. Each store is unique in layout so the next time you are at the grocery store ask for a store map. Fill in the products that you usually chose. Keep a list posted each week and as you run out of items and while planning your meals check off the items you need. Organic items are listed in red. The list is printed back to back and folded in thirds for easy handling. Start saving time now!
