This spreadsheet is a great shopping, negotiating, and educational tool, when you are in the market to lease a new vehicle. The worksheet works great on an iPad-- especially handy when you are in the final stages of negotiating the final cost of a vehicle in the F&I (Finance and Insurance) guys office. When quoted lease cost variables change, like interest rates, money factor, etc., simply plug-in new quoted values and re-calculate all of the key lease cost aspects, including the "walk-away" cost of the lease.
