DVD cover insert for front and back with sidebar for title. This template includes both a front and back cover with text boxes on the front and images on both sides, in addition to a title bar that runs down the middle of the template.

This template is for creating DVD cover inserts and uses dimensions listed from several DVD websites. Use the inner, faded lines as a guide and leave them in for a cutting guide or remove. Outer black line is bleed area and is cut out. Do not put any text or image within 2mm of inner dotted rectanlge.

How to use

1. Download the file using the button above.
2. Open it in Apple Numbers.
3. Edit fonts, colors, and layout as needed.
4. Print or export to PDF.
