A legal transcript that includes 2 cover pages, formatted for the state of California. This set includes separated cover pages with attorney information, case number, and plaintiff and defense information, a signature page, and a blank template for the body of the transcript.

California courts require line-numbered pleading paperhiwith a footer givign the title of the document, and certain minimum type sizes. This template complies, and also has a firm name and logo in the margins. Obviously, mine should be replaced with the user's, or deleted, before the template is used.
