Travel log organized by date, activities, and mileage count. This simplified template offers one week's worth of entries for itineraries, lodging, and comments, with mileage for the day listed on the left and total mileage for the week calculated at the bottom.

These are two templates that I have found useful when traveling. The Itinerary template is a 7-day table with 3 columns: Date-Itinerary/Comments-Mileage. The Expenses template is a 7-day table with 5 columns: Date-Payment Method-Amount-Payee-Purpose.

How to use

1. Download the file using the button above.
2. Open it in Apple Numbers.
3. Edit fonts, colors, and layout as needed.
4. Print or export to PDF.
