Monthly log of expenses for rental properties with YTD totals. This set of templates includes monthly pages with 25 categories of expense, rent paid, and yearly totals with graph.
This report has several pop up menus for things like customer lists, tax categories, rental unit number. I have linked costumer’s with mileage so as you enter known customers from a list it populates the mileage info.

I was trying to add a paid to/recieved from, and tax category, and somehow completely changed the layout for January….
and command Z only took it back halfway :/ (I’m so so computer literate)
