Monthly log of mileage with average cost per mile. Included in this template are dated entries with initial odometer reading, miles, gallons of fuel added, cost, miles per gallon, and cost per mile, in addition to mileage notes and a visual chart of results.

This is a simple mileage tracker that calculates MPG and cost/mile averages, with a MPG Chart. I've included sample data so just overwrite the fields with your amounts, and add rows as needed.

How to use

1. Download the file using the button above.
2. Open it in Apple Numbers.
3. Edit fonts, colors, and layout as needed.
4. Print or export to PDF.
